Black and White Contrast

I love sitting on my deck and watching the weather roll in.  Here in No Eastern Colorado the weather has been pretty stormy lately. They call in Monsoonal - I call it Annoying.  Just when you can get outside to do something - here comes the Lightening.

I decided to make the best of it, and stay close to the door for that "Just in Case" moment!!



This one above it my Favorite. That sun is really trying hard to get in front of those clouds.



In this one - the colors just struck me. That little bit of sun behind one fluffy clousd - hiding from all the mean ones....

    You are so lucky to live in this beautiful state. We stopped in Ft Collins returning from Texas. Before you get to the border to Utah there's a rest stop and we stopped to look at the history. Colorado was my favorite of the 9 we passed coming and going. I know we will visit again and try to stay longer, but with our travel trailer.
