Downtown Denver

We headed south to Denver for a Family Wedding, and I took my camera!  We walked around downtown Denver for a little bit - you know - to stretch our legs before sitting again.

Here is what I saw:

I really love old buildings - and Denver did not disappoint!

Even though this one says butter - those emblems sort of remind me of the Masons.

What is a trip to Downtown without checking out Union Station?
There were quite a lot of people around - hard to get a straight on shot

I loved the cloud build up behind this building

And of course, the Ice House - right where we were heading

That was a fun way to spend some time!

  1. Thanks for sharing these I never made it to Denver when I was in CO. I thought of it as new and shiny.

  2. Fabulous old buildings, look especially effective in black and white.

  3. These are great photographs, and so much more wonderful in black and white. Those clouds are really impressive!
